In this case, most of the work we will do will be on a stretcher, treating the injury with different manual techniques or, if necessary, using a machine to help us achieve our goals. However, depending on the injury, we can also work actively with some very basic exercises to finish giving a quality point to our treatment.

However, we consider that whatever injury you have, there is always some exercise that can be done without being detrimental to the injury and allowing us to remain active.
