SURF CUP’24<\/strong><\/p>\n

From November 28 to December 1, 2024, Salou hosted the SURF CUP 24, an extraordinary tournament that brings together some of the best soccer clubs in the world. Thanks to Kaptiva Sports, I had the opportunity to live this experience first-hand as a physiotherapist for their teams. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

CLUBS AND TOURNAMENT.<\/strong>
During the tournament, we competed against the base of elite teams such as Espanyol, Bar\u00e7a, Manchester City, Juventus and many others. Each match represented a challenge not only on a sporting level, but also physically, and here physiotherapy played a key role. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

THE PREVIEW<\/strong><\/p>\n

Before the tournament, we held three days of training at the modern facilities of Damm CF in Barcelona. This period was essential to make an initial assessment of the players’ physical condition and to work on their physical and mental preparation. It was also a key moment to implement prevention routines and create a solid team dynamic. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
