d&#8217;habilitat i de l&#8217;objectiu de l&#8217;entrenament. Es recomana fer de 8 a 12 repeticions, fins i tot 20 repeticions depenent de l&#8217;exercici i de 2 a 3 s\u00e8ries per al desenvolupament de la for\u00e7a muscular. Per\u00f2 jo sempre dic que nom\u00e9s \u00e9s un n\u00famero, que ens serveix per a una orientaci\u00f3. Per\u00f2 si fem un exercici que nom\u00e9s podem fer correctament 4 o 6 repeticions i les que falten per fatiga o manca de for\u00e7a no les podem fer amb la t\u00e8cnica correcta, ja que fem 4 o 6 per evitar lesions. Ja arribar\u00e0 el dia que puguem fer les repeticions que toquen, sense cap pressa.     <u>No per fer m\u00e9s treballem millor la musculatura.<\/u><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div
